Five badges. The same decision in three apps. Then standup, and you search Slack while someone waits. Notetakers remember the meeting. Your actual work happened everywhere else.
Three topics need you. One is blocking you. Open the row and Slack, the ticket, and the PR are already one conversation.
Someone says the ticket key. A card appears: Finance said hold, Mike pinged Tuesday, the PR is still on you. No bot in the participant list.
Who committed to shipping Friday? A cited quote, or none. You stop searching three apps for a sentence you half-remember.
Native windows on Mac. The same graph on iPhone, Windows, and Android. Search is local. Citations open the topic, not a vendor hunt.
Two minutes before Join: roster and title pull the Finance email, the Slack with Mike, the open PR, even if nobody touched the thread this year. On the call, an entity hit becomes a card with the last decision and citations. Captions-first, on-device fallback. Audio never goes to our cloud. Your phone can show the same cards while the Mac captures.
Needs me. Blocking me. Participated. One row per conversation, not five badges from five apps. Unfollow to snooze; a new message brings it back unless you say stay gone. Archive the Gmail thread inside the window and the topic drops if that was the last place.
Names on a topic open a person, not another inbox. Who they are blocking, who is blocking them, which threads they share with you. Work Sonia and Family Sonia stay different people.
Who committed to holding Q4? Find that message without live-querying Slack. Answers cite who, when, and the quote, or an honest none. Company models are metered. Your own key keeps the judge on your device.
Topics can search connected services for history before the usual 14-day sync. Mail that does not belong stays out. Attaching to this topic does not spawn a duplicate. Your normal sync window does not move.
Topic summaries, statements, and OAuth tokens are encrypted before they leave the Mac, iPhone, Windows, or Android app. We store ciphertext. A sibling device decrypts after the first one wraps a key for it. Meeting audio stays on the capture host. An IMAP password never uploads.
Slack, GitHub, Jira, and Google Client Secrets stay on our backend. You never paste a vendor secret into Settings. If you use company-provided models for Ask, retrieved cards go to that model to judge. Bring your own key and that step stays local.
Work, Family, a private alias. Each space has its own accounts and people. The badge, Ask, and HUD show the active space only.
Gemini, Claude, Groq, Grok, NVIDIA, or OpenAI in Keychain for generate. Embeddings stay consistent so clustering does not drift. Unlimited retrieve on Pro when you bring a key.
Same account, same encrypted graph. Capture lives on the desktop. The phone is a companion, not a second ingest stack.

Slack you already spoke in. GitHub PRs you are on (no diffs). Jira issues you are on. Google is one connect: Gmail, Chat, Docs and Sheets comments. IMAP including Proton Bridge on desktop.
We will not take your card until clustering works on a workspace that is not ours. No meeting add-on. Team later, when shared views exist.
